  8. Improvised - Hamburger, rice, cheese and potatoes.

    1. Peel and dice or slice about 5 potatoes.
    2. Cook 1 cup of rice.
    3. Brown hamburger, and add potatoes. Cook until done.
    4. Put rice at the bottom of a glass 13x9 pan.
    5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    6. Put seasoned salt, pepper, a little butter and flour into the meat/potato mixture. I also added onion and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed. Put on top of rice. Pat the mixture down evenly.
    7. I let it cook for awhile and added a few splashes of milk. I used Ragu double cheddar sauce and mixed it around and patted it down. Also topped it with some breadcrumbs. I cooked it for 5-8 minutes.
    8. DONE!
